Ուրբաթ, Սեպտեմբեր 26, 2014ին, Պոլսահայ Միութեան Մշակութային Յանձնա-խումբը կազմակերպած էր դասախօսական երեկոյ մը, հիւր դասախօս ունենալով՝  Փրօֆ. Րիչըրտ Յովհաննիսեանը Հիմնադիր՝ Հայերէն  կրթական հիմնադրամի  ամպիոնի  ժամանակակից  Հայոց Պատմութեան UCLAի մէջ:

Մշակութային Յաձնախումբի ատենապետ՝ Տոքթ. Յովհաննէս Գուլակ Աւետիքեանի բարի գալուստի եւ շնորհակալիքի խօսքերէն ետք, ամպիոն հրաւիրուեցաւ Փրօֆ. Յովհաննիսեան որ բացատրութիւններ տուաւ իր կատարած գիտաժողովներուն մասին, Հայկական զանազան քաղաքներու՝ ինչպէս Տարօն, Պիթլիս, Սեբաս–տիա, Տիգրանակերտ, Խարբերդ, Կարին, Կիլիկիա, Էրզրում եւ Սեւ Ծով, որուն երկայնքին այժմ բնակութիւն հաստատած են  Հայախօս Համ-շէնահայերը: Ան անդրադարձաւ իր վերջին հրատարակած հատորին վրայ որ այդ երեկոյի ձեռնարկին նիւթն էր՝ «Հայկական Կեսարիան, Կապադովկիան, որ Փոքր Ասիոյ սիրտն էր, այսինքն ուր բնակած են հին հայերը: Ան կեդրոնացաւ Կեսարիոյ մասին, բացատրելով թէ Կեսարիոյ պատմութիւնը դէպի ետ կ՛երթայ մինչեւ Մեծն Տիգրանի օրերը երբ պատերազմներ տեղի ունեցան եւ շատ մը քաղաքներ ազատագրուեցան, Մեծն Տիգրան մուտք գործեց Կեսարիա եւ Համշէնահայերը այդ անունը փոխեցին զա-նիկաԿապադովկիա կոչելով:

10-11-12րդ դարերուն ընթացքին, իրենց թիւը   բազմացաւ   երբ   Բագրատունեաց   ինչպէս

Վարէն ձախ՝ Կարպիս Սարաֆեան,

Տիկին Յովհաննիսեան, Փրօֆ. Յովհաննիսեան, Տոքթ. Յովհաննէս Գուլակ Աւետիքեան, Սերժ Պուլանըքեան,

Վերէն ձախ՝ Յովհաննէս Սապունճու, Զարուհի Խաչիկեան, Նաթալի Փափազեան եւ Եսայի Պալճեան

նաեւ բոլոր թագաւորութիւնները կործանեցան, այն ատեն հազարաւոր Հայեր գաղթեցին դէպի Արեւմուտք, յատկապէս Սեբաստիա, Ամասիա, Կեսարիայ եւ Մալաթիա ուր Բագրատունեանց վերջին թագաւորը, Գագիկ Բ. Ապաստանեցաւ Կեսարիոյ շրջանը: Հայերը ուժեղացան եւ մնացին նոյնիսկ երբ Օսմանեան Կայսրութիւնը գրաւեց Պոլիսը 1453 թուին եւ տարածուեցաւ Փոքր Ասիոյ մէջ: Հայերը մնացին իբր ենթակայ ժողովուրդ: Շատերը գացին դէպի աւելի ապահով վայրեր, իսկ ուրիշներ եկան ծովեզերեայ շրջանները եւ մնացին մինչեւ վերջ: Տարիներու ընթացքին, Կեսարիոյ Հայերը կորսնցուցին իրենց Հայերէն լեզուն եւ դարձան թրքախօս, սակայն շուրջի տասնեակ հայկական գիւղերը պահպանեցին իրենց Հայերէն լեզուն:

Դասախօսութենէն ետք, ցուցադրուեցաւ պատմական պատկերներ Հայաբնակ գիւղերու՝ որոնք Գայսերի, Էվքէրէ, Թալաս, Թոմարզա, Չոմախլու եւ Էվէրէկի շրջաններուն մէջ էին: Պատկերներուն ընդմէջէն ներկաները սորվեցան Հայկական բարքեր, Հայկական գեղեցիկ եկեղե-ցիներ, ու շատ մը կրթական հիմարկներ որոնք գոյութիւն ունէին այն ատեն:

Կապադովկիան երկար ատեն մշակութա-յին եւ քաղաքական կապերու շրջան մը եղած էր Արեւելքի եւ Արեւմուտքի միջեւ եւ շատ անգամներ ձեռքէ ձեռք անցած էր կայսրութիւններու միջեւ, անկախութեան սրընթաց վայրկեաններով:

Իսկապէս որ շատ շահեկան դասախօ-սութիւն մըն էր, որուն յաջորդեց Կեսարիոյ համա-դամ ճաշերու հիւրասիրութիւնը:

On Friday, September 26, 2014, a lecture night was held by the Organization of Istanbul Armenians Cultural Committee, at OIA Hrant Dink Hall, with a guest lecturer Prof. Hovanissian, Founder of the Society for Armenian Studies and a member of the Board of Directors of nine scholarly and civic organizations, as well as First Holder of the Armenian Educational Foundation Chair in Modern Armenian History at UCLA, Associate Director of the  G.E. Von Grunebaum Center for Near Eastern Studies for two decades, consultant to the California State Board of Education, authoring the chapter on the Armenian Genocide in the State’s Social Studies Model Curriculum on Human Rights and Genocide, recipient of medals and encyclicals from Holy See of Etchmiadzin and Great House of Cilicia, Guggenheim Fellow and has been a member of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia since 1990. He has received many honors for his scholarship, civic activities, and achievements during more than fifty years of teaching, research, writing, and lecturing worldwide about Armenian history, culture, and current issues. Also, he is adjunct Professor at USC to work with the Shoah Foundation on Armenian Genocide Film History.

After the welcoming and thank you remarks by Chairman of the Cultural Committee Dr. Ohannes Kulak Avedikyan the keynote speaker Prof. Hovanissian was invited to the podium who gave explanations about the symposiums that he attended regarding various cities, such as Daron, Pitlis, Sivaz, Diyarbakir, Harpoot, Karin, Eastern and the Black Sea, along where are currently living settled Armenian speaking Hamshen Armenians. He spoke about his last published book which was the topic of the lecture, “The Kayseri, Cappadocia”, which was the heart of Asia Minor, where lived the Ancient Armenians. He focused on Kayseri’s history, explaining that it goes back to the days when Dikran the Great invaded Kayseri and the War took place and many cities were liberated. Following the war Hamshen Armenians changed its name from Kayseri to Cappadocia.

During 10-11-12th centuries, their numbers multiplied when Pakradounyats as well as all the other kingdoms were destroyed, then thousands of Armenians migrated to the West, especially to Sepastia (sivas), Amasya, Kayseri and Malatya, where Pakradounyats last king, Kagik II. found refuge at the Kayseri region. Armenians were intensified and remained even when the Ottoman Empire took Constantinople in 1453, and spread in Asia Minor. Armenians stayed allegedly as subjected people. Many Armenians went to more secure places, while others came to seaside neighborhoods and remained there. Throughout the years, Kayseri Armenians lost their language but over dozens of villages retained their Armenian language.

Following his lecture, Dr. Hovanissian presented historic photos from the many Armenian inhabited villages that were in the region of Kayseri; Evkere, Talas, Tomarza, Chomakhlu and Evereg among others. Through the photos the audience learned Armenian customs of the beautiful Armenian churches and the many educational institutions that once existed. Cappadocia was a longtime cultural and political contact zone between east and west and it passed hands between empires several times in its history, with fleeting moments of independence in between.

Indeed, it was a very valuable lecture, followed by reception of Kayseri’s delicious dishes.

At the conclusion of the evening’s program, Prof. Hovanissian personally signed books for requesting members and memorable photographs were taken with OIA’s esteemed guest.

            Չորեքշաբթի, Հոկտեմբեր 1, 2014 երե-կոյեան ժամը 8:00ին, Պոլսահայ Միութեան Մշակութային Յանձնախումբը կազմակերպած էր վաւերագրական տեսաժապաւէնի ցուցադրու-թեան երեկոյ մը հիւր ունենալով Պոլիսէն «Ակօս» շաբաթաթերթի նախկին խմբագիր եւ բաժնետէր, ինչպէս նաեւ IMC հեռուստատեսիլի «Կամուրջ» յայտագրի խօսնակ՝ Արիս Նալճըն:

Միութեան Մշակութային Յանձնախումբի ատենապետ՝ Տոքթ.  Գուլակ Աւետիքեանի բարի գալուստի խօսքէն ետք, սկսաւ տեսաժապաւէնի ցուցադրութիւնը որ կը պատմէր 44 ուղեւորներուն մասին որոնք, 36 ժամ, մեծ ընտանիքի մը նման ուղեւորեցին միեւնոյն հանրակառքին մէջ …

Նշենք թէ դասախօսը այլ ելոյթներ ունեցաւ նաեւ Լոս Անճէլըսի Occidental Collegeի մէջ ուր հրաւիրուած էր Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակ-ցութեան «Շանթ» Ուսանողական Միութեան կողմէ, «Հայ-թուրք յարաբերութիւնները» խորագ-րով, Հայերն ու յառաջադէմ քաղաքականութեան Գիտաժողովին, ինչպէս նաեւ անցեալ ամիս ան մասնակցեցաւ Massachusettsի Արուեստից Հիմ-նարկին մէջ խումբ մը ականաւոր բանախօսներու հետ, Հայոց Ցեղասպանութեան փոխհատուցման նաեւ Հայաստանի յառաջդիմական Քաղաքա-կանութեան մասին կայացած Գիտաժողովին:

               Ծնած է 1980 թուականին: Աւարտած է Մէրամէթճեան հայ վարժարանը եւ Կեդրոնական

Բարձրագոյն վարժարանը, ապա Եըլտըզ Արուեստից  Համալսարանէն վկայուած է իբրեւ  Արհեստից Երկրաչափ:

 

            Սկսած է աշխատիլ Ակօս շաբաթաթերթի հայկական թերթին մէջ 1997 թ. մինչեւ 2011 թ որպէս, խմբագիր գլխաւոր եւ բաժնետէր: Ան գրած է յօդուածներ Պիրկիւն Օրաթերթին, Րատիքալ Օրաթերթին եւ Պէյօղլու Շաբաթա-թերթերուն մէջ: Նաեւ շատ մը Հայկական եւ Թրքական թերթերուն մէջ: 

            Ան բացած է իր առաջին ցուցահանդէսը պարի լուսանկար-չութեան մասին Անգարայի մէջ

 2006 թուին: Նաեւ ան արտադրած է շատ մը ընկերութիւններու մէջ Թուր-քիոյ տարածքին եւ յաճախած է  պա-րային ընկերութիւններու Lyon  Dance Biennial հիմնարկը:

               Խորհրդակցած եւ կառավարած է տասնեակ մը ծրագիրներ Հայաստանի եւ Թուրքիոյ միջեւ նաեւ թուրք Հայկական երկխօսութիւնը, ինչպէս՝  լրագրութեան եւ  յօդ-,ուածի փոխանակման, գիտաժողովներ Թուրքիոյ մասին Հայաստանի եւ Հայաստանը՝ Թուրքիոյ մէջ:

            Ան  մինչեւ  հիմա կ՛աշխատակցի Թուրքիոյ IMC հեռուստատեսութեան մէջ որպէս արտադրիչ եւ խմբագիր: 

            Ան ստեղծած է առաջին հեռուստատե-սիլի ներկայացումը՝ «Կամուրջ» խորագրով Թուրքիոյ փոքրամասնութիւններուն մասին, յատկապէս Հայերը 2011ին, որ տակաւին կը շարունակուի: Արձանագրած է կարգ մը վաւերա-գրականներ Հայ ժողովուրդի հարցերուն, փոքրամասնութիւններու  իրաւունքներուն եւ խօսքի ազատութեան մասին, ինչպէս avtobus (2012), 23 եւ կէս մը (2013)

AN EVENING WITH ARIS NALCI

ORGANIZED BY OIA CULTURAL COMMITTEE

On Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 8:00 pm, the Organization of Istanbul Armenians Cultural Committee organized a lecture and documentary film screening with Mr. Aris Nalci, Former editor of  “Agos” weekly and Program Editor of IMC TV.

After the welcoming and thank you speech by Chairman of OIA Cultural Committee Dr. Ohannes Kulak Avedikyan, the screening of the film started which told the story about 44 passengers, who travelled 36 hours between Armenia and Turkey like a big family and in the same bus.

The main objective of the film was to shed some light on the challenges faced by the Armenian immigrants who come to Turkey through Georgia and to raise awareness about the problems related specifically to the journey between Armenia and Turkey.

Following the film screening, Dr. Avedikyan read Mr. Nalci’s biography, expressed his thanks to Chairman of OIA Board of Trustees Edvin Minassian, Esq., to the President of OIA Executive Committee, Mr. Raffi Marukian, Cultural Committee members, Garbis Sarafian, Ohannes Sabuncu, Ladies Rita Sabuncu, Talin Sarafoglu and Liza Gayda for their help and efforts.

The guest lecturer was invited to the podium who gave explanations about Armenia and Turkey.. two closed countries, two distant neighbors. Throughout history, those two nations have shared the same land. Nowadays, though living side by side, they ignore each other said Aris Nalci, the filmmaker and project coordinator of the documentary film that traces the lives and stories of the passengers and drivers of buses that travel between Yerevan and Istanbul every week. Because of the closed border between the two countries a one way trip takes 36 hours and goes through Georgia. He talked to the attendees about Erhan Arik a photographer with whom Mr. Aris performs shootings, having the following motto; that if he will write about something he must see it.

The lecturer talked about his stay in Armenia and his visit to Lebanon. He referred to the current status and issues involving churches, schools and other community foundations-/organizations in Istanbul and emphasized the uplifting point that the Armenian youth are following in the path of the late Hrant Dink’s and keeping his legacy alive.

The audience was given an opportunity to enter into a  question and answer dialogue with the guest speaker of the evening.

OIA Board of Trustees Chairman, Edvin Minassian, Esq., presented a gift on behalf of OIA to Mr. Nalci.

Proper reception followed the lecture, as well as photography session.

ՊՈԼՍԱՀԱՅ  ՄԻՈՒԹԵԱՆ  ՄԽԻԹԱՐԵԱՆ ՍԱՆՈՒՑ ՅԱՆՁՆԱԽՈՒՄԲԻ ԿԱԶՄԱԿԵՐՊԱԾ  ՁԿՆՈՐՍՆԵՐՈՒ ԱՆՄՈՌԱՆԱԼԻ ԳԻՇԵՐԸ

Պոլսահայ Միութեան Մխիթարեան Սանուց Յանձնախումբի կազմակերպած տարեկան «Ձկնորսներու Գիշերուան» խրախճանքը տեղի ունեցաւ Շաբաթ, Հոկտեմբեր 4, 2014ին, Միութեան «Գուրեան» տանիքին վրայ: Մօտաւորապէս 300 հիւրեր վայելեցին հաճելի մեղմ գիշերը, համեղ աղանդերն ու թարմ ձուկերը որոնք թեւեր առած էին Պոլսէն, եւ որ իսկական հաճոյք էր արդէն: Բոլոր ներկաները բարի գալուստի խօսքերով ողջունուեցան ձեռնարկի հանդիսավար՝ Տիար Արի Տէմիրալի կողմէ որ հրաւիրեց Մխիթարեան Սանուց Յանձնախումբի ատենապետ՝ Տիար Էտի Սարաֆօղլուն իր հակիրճ խօսքը փոխանցելու: Ան շնորհակալութիւն յայտնեց իր յանձնախումբի անդամներուն այսպիսի յաջող ձեռնարկի մը համար:

Հիւրերը վայելեցին Flamenco եւ յոյն պարողներու ներկայացումը որուն յաջորդեց  ի ճոխ երաժշտութիւնը:

Հիւրերուն մեծամասնութիւնը մնացին մինչեւ կէս գիշերէն ետք, շնորհակալութեամբ մեկնելով վայելած ըլլալնուն համար աստղազարդ երկնքին տակ համեղ ճաշերը, բարեկամներու եւ ընկերային տաքուկ մթնոլորտի մը մէջ:

OIA MEKHITARIAN ALUMNI COMMITTEE’S FISHERMAN’S NIGHT:

The annual Fisherman’s Night organized by the OIA’s Mekhitarian Alumni Committee took place at OIA’s Kurian Terrace, on Saturday night October 4th.

Some 300 guests enjoyed the balmy evening, the delicious mezes and the fresh fish flown from Istanbul, which was a real treat. They were all warmly welcomed by the MC of the evening, Mr. Ari Demiral who invited Mr. Edi Sarafoglu, Chairman of the Mekhitarian Alumni Com., for his brief speech. Mr. Edi thanked his committed members for their hard work, Mr. Arman Baltayan for his delicious catering and all the guests for their support. Later the chairman of the Board of Trustees Mr. Edvin Minassian, Esq., took the microphone to congratulate Mekhitarian  Alumni Committee for this very successful event. Guests were also treated to a live show of flamenco and greek dances, followed by music with DJ Jerry. Most of the guests opted to stay well past midnight and parted from OIA thankful for a fun evening under the stars, with great food, friends, music and a warm social atmosphere.

ԿՈՍՏԱՆԴՆՈՒՊՈԼՍՈՅ ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԵԱՅՑ ԵԿԵՂԵՑԻՆԵՐՈՒ ՍՐԲԱԶԱՆ ԳԱՆՁԵՐԸ

Մեծ թիւով արուեստասէրներ հաւաքուած էին Հիւսիւսային Ամերիկայի Արեւմտեան թեմի եկեղեցւոյ «Արամ Համբար» սրահը, Հոկտեմբեր 16, 2014ին, կազ-մակերպութեամբ Զուարթնոց Մշա-կութային Յանձնախումբին եւ մասնակցութեամբ Պոլսահայ Միութ-եան Մշակութային Յանձնախումբին, լսելու Դոկտոր Ռոնալտ Մարշէզի դասախօսութիւնը «Կոստանդուպոլսոյ Հայաստանեայց Եկեղեցիներու Սրբա-զան Գանձերուն մասին».

Դոկտոր Սիմոն Սիմոնեանի բարի գալուստի խօսքերէն ետք, ամպիոն հրաւիրուեցաւ Դոկտոր Ռոնալտ Մարշէզ բացատրութիւններ տալու Սրբազան իրեղէններուն մասին սահիկներու ցուցադրութեամբ: Դոկտոր Մարշէզ իր ուսումնասիրութեան դասախօսութիւնը կեդրոնացաւ Սրբազան Գանձերուն մասին յայտնաբերուած Պոլսոյ հայկական եկեղեցիներուն մէջ: Սոյն գանձերը բնականաբար կ՛արձագանքեն  իրենց արուեստագէտներուն ընկերային եւ կրօնական տեսա-կէտը: Անոնք ցոլացումներ են իրենց ժողովուրդին հաւատքին: Ըստ դասախօսին, այդ գանձերուն հաւա-քածոն կը հաստատէ, փոխ-կապակցութիւնը նիւթա-կան մշակոյթի, ընկերային ինքնութեան եւ համայ-նական համոզմունքներու:

Դոկտոր Մարշէզ բացատրութիւն է տուաւ այդ լուսաւորուած արձանագրութիւններուն եւ ձեռա-գրերուն մասին, որոնք աշխատցուած են վանքերուն եւ գիւղական միջավայրի մէջ մեկուսացած Վարդապետ-ներուն կողմէ: Տեղի ունեցաւ քարտէսներու, սկիհներու, խաչերու, բուռվարներու, պաշտամունքային զգեստ-ներու, հանդերձարաններու եւ մասունքներու, խորանի մեծ կտորներու եւ պսակներու սահիկներու ցուցադ-րութիւն:

Դոկտոր Մարշէզ խօսեցաւ նաեւ հայկական սուրբ կերպարուեստի ուժգնութեան, գլխաւորապէս ընդգրկելով հիւսուածեղէն եւ գործուածքներ:

Հանդիսավար Դոկտոր Սիմոնեան շնորհակա-լութիւն յայտնեց դասախօսին, ինչպէս նաեւ Պոլսահայ Միութեան անունով կազմակերպիչ Միութեան Մշակութային Յանձնախումբի ատենապետ եւ Զուարթնոց Մշակութային փոխ ատենապետ Տոքթ. Յովհաննէս Գուլակ Աւետիքեանին, նաեւ Էսքիճեան Թանգարանի պատասխանատու՝ Տիկին Մէկի Մանկասարեան-Կօշինին, սոյն ձեռնարկին յաջողութ-եան  իրենց աջակցութեան համար:

Ներկաները իրենց կարգին շնորհակալութիւն յայտնեցին Դոկտոր Մարշէզին, բարձր գնահատելով իր հետազօտութիւններն ու ջանքերը:

Նշենք թէ Դոկտոր Մարշէզի հրատարակած հատորը երկլեզու է Անգլերէն եւ Թրքերէն, իսկ ներկայիս ան աշխա-տութիւն կը տանի Արծաթեայ Իրե-ղէններու, խնկամաններու եւ այլ ար-ժէքաւոր հարստութիւններու մասին հատորի մը վրայ:

SACRED TREASURES FROM THE ARMENIAN CHURCHES OF     CONSTANTINOPLE

A large number of art admirors were gathered at the Zorayan Museum of Western Diocese’s  Church in  Burbank, on October 16, 2014 which was organized by Zevartnots Cultural Committee of Western Diocese and Organization of Istanbul Armenians Cukltural Committee, to hear Dr. Ronald Marchese’s lecture, entitled “Treasures of Faith: Sacred Objects from the Armenian Churches of Constantinople”.

After the welcoming remarks, by Dr. Simon Simonian, Dr. Marchese was invited to the podium to give explanations about the sacred objects along with slide show presentation. Dr. Marchese centered his lecture upon his research on sacred objects found in Armenian churches in Istanbul. The basic inspiration behind his lecture was that, objects naturally echo the social and religious viewpoint of their makers. Sacred art found in the Armenian churches of Constantinople are reflections of the beliefs of its people. According to him, the collected works of sacred objects found in the Armenian churches in Constantinople, “confirm…the interconnection between material culture, social identity, artisan-ship, and communal beliefs.”

Dr. Marchese gave explanations about these illuminated inscriptions and the manuscripts made by monks in isolated monasteries in countryside environments. Slide show presentation was held including maps, chalices, crosses, incense holders, liturgical garments, vestries and reliquaries, large alter pieces, and crowns. 
Dr. Marchese talked also about the intensity of Armenian holy fine art, mainlyinvolving textiles and fabrics.

 Dr. Simonian thanked OIA’s Cultural Committee Chairman as well as Zevartnots Cultural Committee Vice Chairman Dr. Ohannes Kulak Avedikyan and Ararat Eskijian Museum’s responsible Mrs. Maggue Mangassarian for their support to succeed this event.

The audience thanked Dr. Marchese and highly appreciated his research and efforts.

ՊՈԼՍԱՀԱՅ ՄԻՈՒԹԵԱՆ «ՓՈՔՐԵՐՈՒ ԱԿՈՒՄԲԻ» կազմակերպած տարեկան  խրախճանքը մեծ յաջողութիւն էր

Կիրակի, Հոկտեմբեր 26, 2014ին, ծնողներ եւ փոքրիկներ հաւաքուած էին, Միութեան «Գրիգոր եւ աւետ Քիւրքչիւօղլու» սրահը, տօնակատարելու տարեկան   Halloweenի խրախճանքը որ կազմա-կերպուած էր Միութեան «Փոքրերու ակումբ»ի պա-տասխանատուներ՝ Նուրհան եւ Վիլմա Իշխանեան, Վիլմա Փայլան Բըրլանթ եւ Սուզի Բըրլանթի կողմէ: Թիւով 40ի մօտ Փոքրիկները շատ սիրուն էին իրենց զանազան ձեւի եւ գոյնի տարազներուն մէջ եւ լաւ ժամանակ ունեցան համեղ փիցցան ճաշակելով եւ այլազան խաղեր խաղալով: Յայտագրին մեծ մասնակցութիւն բերին Միութեան Պարի Դասարանի պարուսոյց՝ Տիկին Լեռնա Գարաթաշի պարի դա-սարանի աշակերտները, որոնք գեղեցիկ եւ ճկուն պարեր ներկայացուցին: Նաեւ, Միութեան անդամ՝ Իրաւաբան Արեգ Նիզամեան, մոգական խաղերով զուարճացուց փոքրիկները:

Իսկապէս որ 3 ժամ շատ հաճելի ժամանց մըն էր: Սրտագին շնորհակալութիւն բոլոր ծնողներուն եւ կամաւորներուն որոնք օգնեցին այս տարուան   Halloweenի խրախճանքը յաջողագոյնը ընելու Միութ-եան պատմութեան մէջ: Շնորհակալութիւն իւրաքան-չիւր անձի իրենց աջակցութեան եւ մասնակցութեան համար: Կը ներէք եթէ ոեւէ մէկու մը շնորհակալութիւն յայտնելու մոռցանք, բոլորդ ալ յատուկ տեղ ունիք Միութեան մէջ:

OIA KID’S CLUB Annual Halloween Party a Huge Success!

On Sunday, October 26, 2014 parents and approximately 40 kids were gathered at OIA “Krikor & Aved Kurkcuoglu Hall” to celebrate the annual Halloween party organized by OIA “Kids’ Club” under the leadership of Responsibles Nurhan and Vilma Ishanyan, Vilma Paylan Pirlant and Suzy Pirlant. The kids looked like that they had good time for 3 hours wearing various costumes, eating the tasty pizza and playing different kinds of games. They had a great turnout with entertainment by OIA Dance Class instructress Mrs. Lerna Karatas whose dance students presented beautiful dance performances.  As well as OIA member Mr. Arek Nizamian, Esq., who entertained the kids with mysterious magical games.

          Well, that was a lot of fun. A very heartfelt thank you to all our Parents and volunteers who helped make this year’s Halloween Party one of the most successful in the history of OIA.  Thanks  to everyone for their support, participation and, being part of this community.
